PSV / HGV Service Pit

The PSV / HGV inspection steel pits are built to a very high standard andquality that resist twisting and buckling during installation, 5mm sheet steel is standard. The pits are constructed to meet your individual need, to a size you require and wherever you want steps, tunnels or equipment recesses etc, all individually built to suit your workshop. Optional Fume extraction is also available.

 DVSA Inspection Pit: 13m long x 1.6m deep x 1.0m wide

•          20,000kgs rated per axle,
•          Everquip pre-fabricated steel inspection pit
•          Step Up rail fitted full length each side of the Pit 200mm from floor level
•          10-year warranty against manufacturing defects
•          Manufactured to BS EN1090 – 1:2009 + A1:2011
•          Entry: Entry tunnel fitted at one end of inspection pit to BS5395 – quoted separately
•          Exit: Exit tunnel fitted at one end of inspection pit to BS5395 – quoted separately
•          Pit Jack Channel: Full length integral 125mm x 65mm pre-formed channel fitted both sides
•          Lighting: Dialight heavy-duty zone 2 LED lighting system with full 10-year warranty including internal wiring to zone 2 junction box
•          Sump: 600 x 800 x 100mm deep, sump fitted central with 30mm fall in floor
•          Compressed Air: Full length airline including 6 x 1/2 quick release couplings
•          Waste Oil: 3/4 Waste oil outlet pipe fitted internally inside Everquip Inspection Pit

Inspection Pit Transport with Hiab

•          Everquip to deliver new inspection pit to site address, with Hiab for offloading.
•          Installation Labour for Inspection Pit
•          Everquip to supply installation labour to transfer the pit into the prepared excavation, mount, secure with steel straps/beams, fully level and supervise the first pour of concrete.
